Who Is Eligible for the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program?
A household is eligible for the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program or the Affordable Connectivity Program if one member of the household:
- Do you qualify for the FCC Lifeline program;
- Does a child in your household receive benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program, or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision, or did so in the most recent school year
- Have you received a Federal Pell Grant during this year
- The household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Meets the eligibility criteria for a participating providers' existing low-income or COVID-19 program.
